The T-ix range is the latest generation of cash counters. T-ix is easy and intuitive to use. The clear display and simple-to-navigate menu structure enables the user to get up to speed with minimal training.
All T-ix units are repairable or replaceable and your coverage is based on whether you have a valid warranty or a classic or platinum T-Cover contract. Certain fees apply for repairs not covered by the standard warranty or for equipment outside of a classic or platinum agreement period. If you are unsure of your current coverage, please call 1-800-835-6283. Make sure you have the serial number of your unit available when you call in. The serial number is located on the back of the unit.

The TY+ Series preceded the T-ix series and is no longer being produced. TY+ machines are obsolete since 2017 are no longer eligible for repair and service over the phone.
Over the past 40 years, Tellermate has continually improved our cash management products and every generation builds on the high performance of our existing products with clever enhancements that increase business efficiencies. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and many of our older generations are still being used every day by customers. Due to lack of parts and expired warranties, most of these products are no longer eligible for repair or renewal.
Due to obsolescence of parts, the FX/TX, TD and TY products are no longer eligible for repairs or warranty renewal.
